In industrial applications, touch displays not only need to be functional, but also maintain stable performance in environments with strong interference and high protection requirements. This time, we tested an industrial-grade touch display with an overall thickness of 13mm.

First, this screen uses a 10mm ultra-thick tempered glass cover plate, significantly improving structural strength and impact resistance, corresponding to a higher IK protection rating, and better adapting to the complex environments of industrial sites. Second, we added an extra layer of professional shielding between the cover plate and the display screen.

In industrial equipment and strong electromagnetic environments, interference is often a key factor affecting touch accuracy and display stability. This shielding structure not only improves the overall screen's anti-interference capability but also makes the touch signal more stable and reliable. In the actual power-on test, this 21.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1920×1080 was used for signal connection demonstration via a laptop.

During the touch test, the touch trajectory was continuous and smooth, without any breaks or jumps. If touch issues exist, the on-screen trajectory will typically be interrupted. However, current test results show that the overall touch response is very smooth, and the accuracy remains stable. This demonstrates that even with a thickened structure and high-protection design, touch performance maintains an excellent level.
