No Power-On After Applying Power
Please confirm that the power cable is properly connected.
Please confirm that the power supply used meets the motherboard’s power requirements.
Try reseating the memory module(s).
Try replacing the memory module(s).
Try clearing the motherboard CMOS according to the motherboard manual.
Please confirm whether there are any expansion cards installed; check if the system works normally after removing them.
No VGA Display After Power-On
Check if the monitor is turned on.
Check that the power cable is correctly connected to both the monitor and the system unit.
Check that the monitor cable is correctly connected to both the system unit and the monitor.
Check if the display brightness control is set to a very low level; increase the brightness using the brightness control. For details, refer to the monitor’s user manual.
The monitor is in “Power Saving” mode; press any key on the keyboard to wake it up.
BIOS Settings Cannot Be Saved
Please check if the CMOS battery voltage is below 2.8V. If it is, replace it with a new battery and reconfigure the BIOS settings.
Incorrect BIOS settings: Press the key prompted on the boot screen (DEL) to enter BIOS and adjust the time and date.
“Boot Device Not Found” Message
Please confirm that the hard drive power cable and data cable are properly connected.
Please confirm whether the hard drive has physical damage.
Please confirm whether the operating system is properly installed on the hard drive.
Blue Screen or System Freeze During Boot
Please confirm that the memory modules and expansion cards are not loose.
Try removing any newly installed hardware, and uninstall the corresponding drivers or software.
Try replacing the memory module(s).
Try changing the hard drive mode in the BIOS.
Slow Operating System Boot
Try using third-party software to check the hard drive for bad sectors.
Please confirm that the system partition does not have insufficient free space.
Please confirm that the CPU cooling fan is running properly.
System Restarts Automatically
Please confirm that the CPU cooling fan is running properly.
Please confirm whether the industrial computer’s reset button was accidentally triggered.
Use antivirus software to check if the system is infected with a virus.
Please confirm that the memory modules and expansion cards are not loose.
Please confirm that the power supply has sufficient load capacity; try replacing the power supply if necessary.
Try replacing the memory module(s).
USB Device Not Detected
Please confirm whether the USB device requires separate power supply.
Please confirm whether the USB port has poor contact.
Please confirm whether the USB controller is enabled in the BIOS Setup.
LVDS Screen Does Not Display
Connect via VGA, boot into the BIOS, and confirm whether the LVDS switch is enabled and whether the resolution is set to the required value.
Please confirm that LVDS_PWR is set to the corresponding operating voltage.
Please confirm that the backlight power ON/OFF pin is correctly connected and has the proper voltage.
Please confirm that the LVDS cable is correctly connected.
Please confirm whether the screen itself is functioning properly.
LVDS Screen Shows Garbled Colors / Ghosting
Try booting into the BIOS and setting the correct bit depth for the screen (18-bit or 24-bit).
Please confirm whether the LVDS cable is damaged.
Please confirm whether the screen itself is functioning properly.
Try swapping the LVDS cable’s pin order.
Try replacing the memory module(s).
