7'' & 10.1'' Touch LCD Modules for MES Workstations, Empowering Paperless Smart Manufacturing

Our factory, a professional industrial LCD display manufacturer, has launched mass production of 7-inch and 10.1-inch industrial touch display modules optimized for MES workstations. These display solutions serve as core HMI components for electronics, new energy, automotive and precision assembly workshops, supporting paperless SOP, production reporting, quality tracking and on-site data acquisition.

Traditional workshops rely on paper work instructions and manual logs, which bring version confusion, delayed data synchronization and difficult traceability. Our 7'' and 10.1'' touch screens connect on-site operators with the MES platform, with two sizes tailored for different workstation layouts.

The compact 7'' touch screen is designed for narrow assembly stations. It is ideal for barcode scanning, simple production reporting, material verification and alarm trigger, suitable for high-density standard production lines with cost-effective basic MES interaction.

The 10.1'' touch screen offers a larger viewing area for complex processes. It can display electronic work instructions, drawings, assembly videos and multi-item inspection forms simultaneously. It supports frequent quality data entry and works well at core workstations with frequent product changeover. It is easy to integrate with scanners and RFID readers.

Both models adopt industrial TFT panels with fully laminated capacitive touch, glove-friendly touch control, anti-glare tempered glass, wide temperature range and strong EMC resistance. Multiple interface options including RGB, LVDS and MIPI are available for Windows and Android MES terminals, with customizable brightness, cover glass and touch parameters.

With our display modules, MES terminals realize work order distribution, material error-proofing, real-time quality logging and full production traceability, cutting paperwork and reducing human errors.
