The HYS80480‑BK07R01 adopts the Beken BK7258 multi‑core multimedia SoC as its main controller, running Huayuan’s self‑developed intelligent screen firmware based on BK7258‑AVDK‑SMP platform. The SoC runs at up to 480 MHz clock frequency, integrated with 640 KB SRAM, 16 MB PSRAM and 8 MB Flash memory. This 7.0‑inch TFT display delivers 800 × 480 resolution, supporting 65K‑color rendering with 300 cd/m² LED backlight brightness. The module comes with integrated touch capability, enabling intuitive touch operations including text input, key‑value feedback, value adjustment and pop‑up menu triggering. No heavy‑duty programming work is required for basic HMI deployment, greatly shortening customers’ product development cycles.

For industrial‑grade reliability, the module supports wide operating temperature from ‑20 °C to +70 °C, storage temperature ranging ‑30 °C ~ +80 °C, and reaches IP53 protection rating. It accepts DC input voltage 8‑24 V with reverse‑polarity power protection, with typical power consumption of 5.5 W (12 V, 450 mA). Physical dimension of the full assembly is 197.1 × 132.2 × 30 mm.

Rich communication and peripheral interfaces are onboard: RS232 / RS485 serial ports with baud‑rate up to 921600 bps, SD‑card slot for FAT32 file system (for firmware, font and image resource upgrade), RTC real‑time clock, buzzer alarm and audio speaker interface. Multiple character encoding standards are covered, including ASCII, GBK, GB2312 and BIG5 to satisfy multi‑language display requirements for global deployment.
