SHENZHEN, China — Shenzhen Huayuan Display Control Technique Co., Ltd. announces the release of HYA215‑M07, a complete 21.5‑inch Android‑powered display solution, combining CSOT 21.5‑inch FHD open‑cell panel and ZC‑H133M Android mainboard. Delivering high‑definition visual performance, abundant peripheral interfaces and stable Android operating environment, the product targets embedded human‑machine interaction projects for smart city, smart manufacturing, medical, education and AI robot industries.

The HYA215‑M07 adopts CSOT a‑Si TFT LCD open‑cell with 1920×1080 Full‑HD resolution, rendering up to 16.7M colors (6‑bit + FRC). Typical contrast ratio reaches 1300:1 with ultra‑wide viewing angle of 89° both horizontally and vertically. The anti‑glare polarizer features 3H surface hardness. The transmissive normally‑black panel connects via 2‑channel LVDS. It works with matched LED backlight unit at 250 cd/㎡, with LED lifetime up to 30 000 hours for commercial and industrial continuous operation scenarios.

Powered by Allwinner A133 quad‑core Cortex‑A53 CPU (up to 1.5 GHz) and Imagination GE8300 GPU, the ZC‑H133M mainboard runs Android 10. RAM options:1G/2G/4G; eMMC storage:8G/32G/64G optional. It supports hardware 4K@30fps H.265 / H.264 decoding, compatible with mainstream video and image formats. Optimized for 7×24‑hour unattended operation for kiosk and industrial deployments.

Rich multi‑media and industrial I/O are integrated: LVDS / EDP / MIPI display outputs, dual UART configurable to TTL or RS232, GPIO expansion, I2C projected capacitive touch interface, 10/100Mbps Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, optional BT5.1 and USB‑4G module.
