Huayuan Display Launches 14‑inch HDMI Touch Display Module HYH140‑M07A

Shenzhen, China — Shenzhen Huayuan Display Control Technique Co., Ltd. has released its new HYH140‑M07A, a 14‑inch integrated HDMI touch LCD module for embedded and smart equipment applications.

This unit adopts an IPS full‑HD 1920×1080 panel, delivering 300 cd/m² typical brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio and 16.2 M colours. IPS technology ensures stable viewing performance from all angles. With a maximum thickness of only 4.2 mm, the slim module supports easy embedded installation.

It features G+G capacitive touch with 6H scratch‑resistant cover glass. Driven by the ILI2511 IC, it provides USB‑based 10‑point multi‑touch. Plug‑and‑play compatibility with Windows, Linux and Android greatly reduces system integration efforts.

Built for industrial environments, the module operates from ‑10 ℃ to +60 ℃ and stores between ‑20 ℃ and +70 ℃. Separated HDMI video, USB touch and DC power interfaces enhance anti‑interference capability. All products pass strict reliability testing and follow ISO quality standards. Complete driver‑board and mechanical drawings are supplied to shorten customers’ product development cycles.
